RecommendedMessaged through facebook at about 7:15 PM tonight. Had an almost instant response with a price and that he would be there in 15 minutes. By 8 PM, I had two new springs. Couldn't be happier.
Another garage door company told me that my garage door opener could not be fixed, wanted me to buy another through him. I called Dan for a second opinion and he fixed it for $40. Awesome service, you can tell that Dan knows his stuff!
Honest and professional with the best pricing. I had several springs break and the prior door people only replace the broken spring. Dan replaced both and the pricing was still better.
The spring on our garage door broke during the coldest week of the winter. We chose a rival company (Neighborhood Garage Doors) first simply because of a flyer in the ValPak we receive. Scheduled a garage door installation with Dan. Dan didn’t show up on the day of the installation. When I called to ask whether we were still on for the installation, Dan indicated that the installation had somehow not been added to the schedule. Very disappointing experience.
