When I moved out, I paid $300 for their recommended cleaning company, and I still didn’t get my whole deposit back. They charged me for having to replace a light bulb when there wasn’t even a light bulb when I moved in. And when they did the final walkthrough in the middle of the day, they told me I had to move my car from the garage even though I paid til the end of the month. If you are new to renting from a company, do not use this company. It was a terrible experience.

Solid Foundation have been an absolute joy to work with. Jessica and David have always been so kind and easy to work with. I have never had any issues getting things fixed if/when things break (hey it happens!) and they are always there to help. Very grateful to be a tenant of theirs and I look forward to continuing to rent from them!
