I've been a satisfied resident of Solaire Senior Living for several years. I really wanted to give a 4.5 rating but it wasn't offered, I'll explain later. There has been two extended power outages due to weather related that caused a lot of inconveniences and $ for the resident. Mr. Ford walked the halls, checked on residents who couldn't evacuate, carried 90lb emergency oxygen tanks 8 floors, provided accurate updates plus much more.
