I moved in in October and the filthy blinds needs to replaced and they haven't replaced them yet. My linen closet door has come off track I informed the office 2 times and it hasn't been fixed yet. And there is hardly any events being held in the 700 Building (the back building) ***I'd like to add to the review*** The following day Everything was fixed, and replaced One Of The BEST Communities I have lived at
Management is very efficient and pleasant. The building remains clean. They are good at securing and getting packages for me and my mom's in a timely manner. Maintenance is managed well. Thank you, Shannon, Tray, and Jeff. Let me not say that all the staff are very respectful as well.
There are no activities here. I moved here to meet people and become involved with the activities that were talked about. Everything is in the other building. Sometimes things should be held in the 700 building. The staff is fine and security needs to be better.I am going to take the smart bus to get out of the apartment.

The apartments are luxury. The staff is incredible. Over the years there have been some enhancements which are amazing. The only complaint is with certain individual tenants. It has been discussed with other residents but no 1 really wants to come forward and complain about the disruptive tenants in apartment #905. When politely asked if the television volume could be lowered the heavy set woman who lives in the unit got very nasty and rude. If your paying your money to live here you should be comfortable.
