I have been to the main cave twice. Both experiences were great. For me, the cave is a place to fully unwind from the world. No phones. No tv. No radio. It is just 45 minutes of peace, calm, and serenity. I plan on returning to sit in the cave as often as I can and would recommend it for anyone.
My experience was amazing from start to finish. The owners and the staff are very pleasant. You can feel the positive energy as soon as you enter the door. And once you enter the salt cave you can feel the healing properties of the Himalayan salt right away. The deep tissue massage was the best massage I have ever had. I felt so great after. I loved it here and I will be back again and again. Thank you for the great experience.
I am so beyond grateful to have found this place today! The salt cave was absolutely wonderful, very relaxing and soothing. I met Daryl and Gretchen who were so incredibly warm and welcoming it was such a treat to talk to them and learn about the story behind the salt cave. I can't wait for my next visit to this wonderful space and so thrilled to have them here in Exeter!
Had an amazing experience at the Cave this week! So healing and so relaxing!
Had the best nights sleep after going to the salt cave. So calming and relaxing. My foot has been in pain and after erging my foot in the salt it feels so much better today My skin felt soft the next day but did notice I needed to drink lots of water.
