I think this could be a nice way to relax & unwind but the cost prevents me from frequent use. The prices are way too high. Unfortunately being on the Main Street in Exeter their rent is probably high & the parking is crazy.
Today was an amazing experience!! I’m greatful to have this location so close to home here in NH. I felt much lighter and totally relaxed, I did float down the street after my departure. I’m feeling amazing hours after and I can take in long deep breaths with ease!! Thank You so much for sharing your great space.
The most relaxing yoga spot, great practice and hands on healing. Ray and Bethany are fantastic. It's a treat every time. The chakra oil yoga sessions are wonderful. Great scents create a peaceful calming and you get a kit of oils to take with you. I love the oils that Leah provides. And of course the owners are very welcoming and kind. I'm very fortunate to live in this area.

I would move in to the salt cave if they would let me.... I've been twice and leave feeling focused, clear, calmly energized and enthused to continue my day. Daryl& Nastia have created a VERY special center here in Exeter!

This was my second time here. Five of us went and it was relaxing and peaceful. You are really able to breathe deeply while in there. I feel as though the deep breathing in there clears your lungs and sinuses. We are definitely going back again.
