The appointment wasn’t terrible, but it was the most unusual one I’ve ever had. I booked a same-day appointment for what I thought would be a simple design — cheetah print French tips with cherries and red stars. Before booking, I looked through their reviews and even saw photos of designs very similar to what I wanted. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like I have to say something about my experience. My tech was very nice, which is why I am not leaving only 1 star. In terms of service, I came in for a fill and asked for polka dots on my nails. I specifically asked the tech to use a different tool so the dots would be uniform, but that didn’t happen — the dots are all different sizes, and some barely look like dots at all. I love coming here! Susan is amazing with waxing—super gentle, fast, and always makes me feel comfortable. Christine is so good at nail designs—she’s creative, pays attention to the little details, and always gets it just right. They’re both really friendly, and the whole team is great with kids too, which makes visits so much easier. It’s always a relaxing and fun experience. Highly recommend!
