Very friendly and clean enviroment
I made an appointment ahead of time and I had a pedicure scheduled, but then they overbooked the appointment so you’ll be waiting 30 mins or more for the service to start. Multiple other people came in at the same time as me, and there was about five people waiting for a pedicure at the same exact time, and there was no staff to attend to them. They need to learn how to book properly and give people that adequate time.
I loved my nails! However, me and my friend booked an appointment a day in advance, and when we showed up on time, there was no nail tech available. We ended up having to sit and wait for 30 minutes and were late to another event we had after our nail appointment. My nails also started lifting after a little over a week :(
