From the moment we checked in things went bad I booked for a family celebration & had family flying in from different states to gather here I was assured this was ok & allowed, During check in I was told I was only allowed 8 guests on the property & my guests had to have wristbands on at all times on the property. This was a 1 star until I talked to Allison today. I was gifted a time share last Aug and it took till April to complete. Couldn't get any info about using my time share. Today change my opinion. After Allison spent an hour (she was admitted about staying on the phone until all my questions were answered). She was so kind and patient. Very informative. We are incredibly disappointed with our experience at Tahiti Village. When we reached out to them about canceling our timeshare, we were told they don’t even have the license to handle cancellation requests. This was shocking and frustrating to hear from an organization that should provide proper support to its members. On top of that, their solution was to suggest we try selling the timeshare. We find it hard to believe that anyone would be interested in buying a timeshare anymore, especially when we’re being honest about w... read more
