Soleil Association Management is laughable at best. Please know if they are your HOA management company, you are not stuck with them forever. You can get a new company to manage your HOA.
I'm not fond of HOA's to begin with; however, I understand that they are EVERYWHERE!!!! My expectations when I call is that they know their own policies or if they do not they find out the answers instead directing to the people I already spoke to....that is the reason I called in the first place....I wouldn't have called if I got my answer from the people on site who should know the policies, as well!!!!
