We used Soledad in a remodel about 6 years ago. The original job was well-done, but they need to get their communication in order. I started reaching out to them about a new project every month starting 7 months ago. While I got responses (except to my last email in April), nobody ever actually showed up at my house to review the scope of the job. Marc & Kelly have built several of the remodels my firm has designed. The clients are always happy with their work and we are always happy to see that they work well with the City of Austin so we have fewer headaches than with less experienced builders which is NOT always the case in the City of Austin. They can get it done! You'll be out of your house (or have workers in your house) less time than with other builders and you'll be happy with the end result.
