This place is absolutely phenomenal. A family friend recently moved in here and I can honestly say that there is no other resort-style senior living community that can compare to the amenities and life here! There are so many different activities and events that take place multiple times a week as well as a monthly calendar filled with activities to do with friends/neighbors. I am so happy I made the move to Solea at Wellen Park. I love my apartment. The staff all of them Michelle, Susan, and Julie worked with me and were so patient as my move was schedule when a hurricane was about to hit!!! The maintenance staff is so prompt and gets requests done the first time!!!! I love it here!!! Everything is so beautiful the clubhouse is amazing. I would recommend this community to my friends and I have.
The entire staff has been extremely helpful with my move. Michelle in the office is always cheerful and gladly answers all of my questions. Carlos on the mainteance staff is prompt, efficient and makes sures that the work order was complete. Moving to this new community has been a very pleasant and easy experience.
