I moved here temporarily to help my daughter who was having health issues. I can't say enough about Eileen and the staff here at solea. They've gone out of their way to make my stay as easy and pleasant as possible. I am from Florida and am moving back home, but I would recommend living here to anyone. The apartment is so convenient to everything. I feel very safe here and they have so many activities that you can be involved in if you choose to, but you don't have to. We lived at Solea for three years. We met a lot of wonderful people . However, each year the complex was becoming run down with broken outdoor furniture, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in 3 years and the management was rude and unprofessional . The workout classes are awesome with wonderful instructors . I miss the people but would never rent at a Solea property again knowing how the beautiful complex was not maintained
Community is quiet, secure, clean, beautiful, and very enjoyable. Community has very friendly staff, they are quickly attentive to any of your maintenance needs. They are always happpy to make your living experience great. Tenants have all kinds of activities to get involved in or if not interested that is okay too. I can honestly find nothing wrong with this community.
I Love, love, love living at Solea, a diverse community of active , kind and genuine folks. I'm blessed to call this place "Home "
