As a new client for this practice I just had my first diabetic foot check with this lady (Joanne). She was careful to explain everything she did and explained each as she worked. She has a great friendly approach and was willing to discuss any matter pertaining to my situation. Jo has been terrific in assessing, treating and caring for my wickedly painful ingrown toenails. At every stage of treatment Jo will check-in to make sure I'm comfortable with her approach and, more importantly, that my feet receive the care they need.
