Since opening in May of 2009, Sole Salon & Boutique has grown to become the stylish and modern salon it is today. I definitely recommend to get your haircut by Abbie, she’s super friendly, has great ideas how to change up a look, very helpful for advice on what you want to do with your hair, and makes you feel welcome at the salon. Will definitely be going to her for haircuts!
Terrible customer service. My color was left to process for over an hour. The stylist never checked in with me as she was busy with another client. I finally asked her to wash it out as my scalp was burning. Her excuse was that the client before me was late and the client she was working on while I processed was also late. I now have roots that are too dark, leaving me with a line that is clearly visible, and my scalp still hurts. Love the Aveda products. Love my colorist even more. They are well trained and personal.
Love Abbie she is always willing to listen to het clients. She also has great ideas to change up a style and color for those moments when people want something different.
