I cannot recommend Shawna enough. She’s amazing at what she does and you can really tell that she’s dialed into all the facets of work with her clients. It’s part of my self care survival routine, I cannot give up my monthly appointments! They help keep me on my feet. Literally!

I always do the 75 minute Rei-flexology because it helps align along with the healing/maintenance work. She brings so much more to the table compared to other providers I've tried. She's always evolving herself & methods so just when you think it can't get better, it does! Highly recommend. I'm there every month!
