I sincerely hope anyone looking to rent does not consider homes listed by this company. The lease is written in a way that allows them to charge for the most basic things that most leases would cover under normal wear and tear. Our lease stipulated that tenants pay for scruff marks on the wall, so we were charged 630 for paint even though we didn't hang up a single frame or shelf.
