I had used this company for a plumbing issue about 4 years ago and when another one arose in September, I called and made an appointment for 8:00 on a Friday morning. By 10:30, nobody showed up or called to let me know anything. Repeated calls and messages went unanswered. The only way to get a hold of anyone was through Facebook messenger. My wife and I just bought a home in the lehigh valley and had a plumbing problem a week into ownership. Manny went above and beyond to help us out of a situation after another plumbing company charged us a significant fee and did not fix the problem. Manny is experienced and extremely good at what he does and is full of compassion.
Solder and company provides the best plumbing and heating services. I’ve used their plumbing services a few times sometimes at odd hours and over the weekend. In addition to providing the best services their charges are very reasonable. They don’t overcharge you unlike any other plumbing companies I have reached out to in the past.
