Always try to pay attention to the surroundings before renting. We wish we would've asked about the neighbors. Our neighbor coughs up loogies and blows his snot everywhere in front of our place, all day, everyday...I guess being a nasty nuisance is ok. Lol Quality of life is important. Praying 🙏
Do Not I Repeat , DO NOT go through Soldavi , I applied for a house and scheduled a tour in Merced and sat there for 30 min almost 45 after the scheduled time for them to message and say they approved someone else for the property , but the weird part is I actually found the same house on an actual property management company website … I’m not accusing them of being a scam or fake company but I am definitely insinuating it , let me know if anyone has the same experience
