I bought a house that had a retractable awning already installed. Unfortunately, the previous owners did not leave a remote. Solarus USA was able to order me a new wireless remote and came out to pair it and program it. Ron and Tony were both professional when it came to obtaining a quote and scheduling the appointment. I am very happy with the service and the product.
