I wish I could give less than one. Seldom gave bad review at all as I usually suck it up. I admit some of the problems might have caused by the delay of my own construction crews. But then the back and forth when somethings went long took very long time to resolve. Totally blindsided that a heat detector interconnect to a smoke alarm inside the house is required by the building code for the solar battery in the garage (ESS) in California. It would be very easy to take care during the construction to add the extra wiring. Now... read more

Update: If you need to transfer ownership, go to Solaredge web page "Request for Monitoring Site Transfer and New User Access", I've been asking how to change ownership for so long and no one in SolarUnion answered my questions, now I found the answer myself. We signed a contract for the installation of solar panels with SolarUnion in March/April 2023. In July 2024, we received an email with a unilateral cancellation of our contract. We had to contact them to determine what happened. Per their admissions on phone and email, they failed to submit our permit application and so they also failed to secure the NEM 2.0 rate, which is more favorable than the NEM 3.0 rate. Per their email: "I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but after conferring with all pertinent parties I regret ... read more

The technical team did a great job getting our inverter back online, following the Tigo CCA failure. I reported the failure approximately 2 months ago. Multiple messages and escalations were needed to get the team's assistance.
