I was very happy with the service that Shane and Steven provided. They were on time--early actually--told me what they were going to do, did it, felt comfortable in my observing them, answered all my questions, and went out of their way to accommodate me by--at my request-- using a squeegee of mine that was not part of their normal procedure. I recommend them highly.

This is an outstanding review for Solarponics of Atascadero. The worker was Jacob, and he came to my home yesterday July 1,2019. He fixed my water soaked solar pool panels which had 4 leaks, one which was major. Water was pouring off the roof. A real emergency. So much water had left my above ground pool that Jacob had to return (after he shut it all down) after I put back almost a foot of water to be able just to work on it. 4 years ago solorponics installed our complete solar system through sungenvity. This year with the excessive rain we had a leak in our bathroom that destroyed the ceiling. Their guy came out (sungevity is out of business) and found a drill hole that one of their employees made and didnt seal during installation. Our roof has a 30 year guarantee but obviously not for human drilled holes. Solarponics, instead of helping us with the repairs (they were at fault) decided to do nothing. I am throughly disgusted. We are and have been in contact with the homeowner. We have sent out a service crew to investigate and do any emergency roof patch (if necessary). And we are in the process of investigating the situation and have clearly communicated this with the homeowner, consistently, and timely. As the homeowner stated, it is unfortunate that their solar installer, Sungevity, went out of business.
Thanks to the lead man, Gabe, and Solarponics for a job well done. The install was completed in just two days and it looks fantastic. My wife and I thought it might be an eye sore but we were wrong. It actually looks pretty darn cool! Thanks again! Oh and btw, I also really enjoyed working with our sales person Amber!
