we had R*** form Solarponics out today to our vineyard home to review need to repair or replace a heliocol system. Ryan did a thorough inspection and suggested a new pump. He was quite knowledgeable re our questions. As a 40 + year defense trial atty I have some idea of when a person knows his topic and presents it candidly. R*** scored tops on both counts.
As we have had three major solar installations by Solarponics during the past seven years, I feel well qualified to evaluate this locally-owned company as outstanding. The first installation was solar panels installed on our residence in 2013. During the years since then, the system has functioned perfectly, and each year we have generated slightly more electricity than we have consumed. The other two projects were completed in 2020. We recently had problems with our hot water. As always, Ryan was quick to respond, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. We have always enjoyed great service from this company.

I signed a contract with them September 2019. It is now March 16th of 2020 and I am still waiting for them to finish my solar install. All of the field personnel were a pleasure to work with when they were here. They are horrible at providing updates in regard to scheduling of work progress and when they plan to return. Getting them to assure me that the install would not require any change orders/ increased costs was very tiresome. The work that was performed was excellent and professional. We had some issues with PG&E charges that continued into the second year with our system. PG &E was of no help. We asked Ron Spann to come and review our usages and charges. Ron came out and helped us find out what was happening and find where the usage was. We were able to locate the increased usages and helped us address them. As usual, Ron was great. Solarponics installed solar panels at our house, and Shane and his team did a wonderful job. They were friendly, polite, and very efficient. Other solar companies said that it would be difficult to work on our house as we already had solar panels and a battery installed, and they did not feel comfortable installing a second array of panels and connecting everything. Solarponics had no problem installing a second array of panels and we are already producing energy! Thank you Solarponics.
