Since signing a contract (almost 4 years ago), I have had little or no support from Solar Max. They made promises they couldn't keep. Not once in the almost 4 years has my system generated what they promised. When I complain, they say it's the trees fault. The trees are in a park behind my house and have been there for over 30 years. Instead of putting part of the panels facing North, they all face East; so when I need solar the most (on hot afternoons) I get nothing.
