I don’t tan much but maybe a few times a year. My fiancé bought me time there in 2017 and I still had 23 min remaining on my account. Went in today to tan and was told my purchased time has expired! But, if I purchased more time on their current special or bought something like lotion she could get me my time back??? What a rip-off! Buyer beware for sure!
Normally very pleased but if there is a conflict beware. They treat you like the dirt on the ground and will blame you for their mistakes.
Still loving it after 5 plus (more) years....Ownership, staff, atmosphere. They have it all!!
