RecommendedAbsolutely love when I walk in and instantly get greeted by name! Never a long wait even if I dont have an appointment. The employees are very knowledgeable with product knowledge. Just love my 12 minutes of heaven!
I have had nothing but problems from this place. First they “lost” the 3 spray tans package that I had bought. I had paid with cash and they don’t give receipts so I had nothing to prove it. I needed a spray for pictures so I went ahead and paid AGAIN for just one spray. This time it was like nothing was sprayed On me. Horrible horrible spray. I went in and got a month thinking I would enjoy it, definitely wrong and didn’t finish my month . Everytime I got into a bed there was lotion everywhere rather it was lay down or stand up I felt disgusted.
This may be the worst experience I’ve had in a place of business in over 10 years. We evidently signed a contract in June, never used, but my mom’s credit card had continued to be charged $67 per month. Ok. Fine. Cancelled today (March 2), but will still be charged through April 15. When I expressed displeasure, the girl who helped me was rude to the point of comical (term “girl” used intentionally because her demeanor was so ridiculous to the point of being childish). Poor business practices. Been a member for over 3 years. Hadn’t utilized services for months but went in to tan and since I had changed my debit card number, they were unable to draft my account the last 2 months. Ok, sure, I’ll pay those 2 months today and use your services. I asked why I wasn’t contacted to give them updated card info. “We have so many customers, we can’t do that.” Really? You can’t send an email or automated phone call? Sure, fine. Oh, but they then want to charge me another $20, $10 for the past 2 months... read more
Last two times ive gone in they’ve messed up, first time didn’t give me the right tan I wanted, second time i went in and they had to restock the machine but they did it wrong and the girl working got the primers put in wrong and my tan looked weird.
Great place! People friendly! They run great sales throughout the year! And always is clean

The staff members are very helpful and are easy to get along with. They do a good job keeping the rooms clean, and they provide good customer service.
