This place is a joke way overpriced and they add a lot of extra fees they dont tell you about on top of the bace pay. Dont be fooled by the incentives. Once you been here for a while thats when youll get screwed
Management here is so phenomenal- it made a HUGE impact in our decision to move here. Melody goes above and beyond to bring the community together, share positivity, and support you through any issues you may experience, in an efficient and timely manner. My Fiancé and I have been nothing but appreciative of our experience here thus far and can’t wait to raise our little family here for another short while. The good: Apartments itself are fine to live in and maintenance is quick. The bad: KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS. When I moved out, they tried to tell me I never paid my deposit and I never got it back. Because I didn’t have receipts from when I moved in 16 months prior, I was not able to get a deposit back AND I had to pay $160 for some leftover bill. Live here with CAUTION.
We love living here, the management is nice and caring and helped us through the process of applying and moving into our apartment. When we had any maintenance requests they was quick to respond and fixed the issue. We love love the amenities they offer, it’s a quiet community and the neighbors are friendly and we love the fact that they have different planned activities for the residents. We just love being here and being able to call this place home.
The maintenance team here is awesome! They are always come when there is a problem, and they always fix it. They are amazing and always a big help for anything. The groundkeeper is always making sure the complex if looking beautiful and clean. They make solarium, solarium. Also thank you to the ladies in the office who are always friendly and a big help for anything!
