5 stars! The maintenance man David went above and beyond for me and my cat! My cat got stuck behind our water heater and even though it was the end of the day he still stayed and made sure we got him out! So very grateful to the staff here.
Just moved in great staff !!! Beautiful and well kept property!!! Maitence issues are answered and taken care of immediately!!!

I have nothing but good words and commendations for the apartments and staff. Ana is an amazing leasing manager with tons of knowledge and will do to keep you and your family happy. Also Mr.Miguel the maintenance man is an outstanding technician any time we place a work order or have any issues for the apartment he at your door with in the hour. I moved to The Solarium Apts in 2024 after losing my husband in 2023. Feeling lost and lonely, my son and his fiance and I moved here to start anew. It has shown to be the best decision we could have made. I love living here, I feel safe, and I can honestly say it really feels like home. The staff here are professional, kind, caring and courteous. I have always felt they genuinely care about all of the tenants.
