I experienced the worst of hospice care with Novel hospice. Fired Novel and went Solaris. Best decision i made this year. Always available, quick with meds and equipment, and very knowledgeable. Compassionate and involved with patient care. I know what good nursing care looks like, I am an RN. Mom was so precious to me and Solaris treated her like she was precious to them.
Solaris went above and beyond for the needs of our Mom and the family. The attention and care they give is so sincere and loving. They truly care about their patients. End of life care is so difficult, but with their help we were able to keep Mom at home. We will be forever grateful to the entire team at Solaris. I have been in the death care profession for over 35 years and I have worked with countless hospice groups over those years. There is no comparison out there to the type of compassion, integrity, care and service that Solaris provides. My family has utilized Solaris 3 times over the past few years.
