Karina made it very easy and clear for the move in and answer all my questions! She was a big help
I want to thank Nancy and Karina for their amazing help today. I came in at 9am and they were able to approve me and get me moved in by 2pm!!! I appreciate them greatly in my time of need. Highly recommend property!
I enjoyed living here (2020-2025). The management staff (Nancy, Karina, Patrick) were always good to me. Maintenance staff did a great job as well, they always on top of issues quickly. The only real issues I had here were things that were reasonably out of the staff’s control like typical issues you’d find in older large buildings anywhere in the valley. The team there has my gratitude.
I been living here for many years and I’ve never had an issue! Very convenient everything is nearby. Nancy and Karina in the leasing office are great and efficient get things done quickly- Robert the maintenance guy is nice and gets things done quickly same day or the next . It’s a hidden gem and includes the cost of utilities in your rent . You will not regret moving here
