Will not recommend to anyone. They don’t clean drill heads or wipe off stations after each client, use same brushes on all clients, dipped my nails in same jar of powder mixture that other clients had just used. Perfect recipe for fungal nail infection that I developed within one week. Yuck!!!
Horrible customer service. Very rude employees. Had an appointment at 5:30. Waited over 30 minutes. Others were seen first without an appointment. Massage chairs are WAY worn down and way over due to be replaced.
Called in to make an appointment, they said that’s fine, I called in right after and asked if there was an earlier time they said yes we could do earlier. I have an hour long lunch and drove there at the earlier time they said was “available” just to sit there for 45 minutes waste my entire time I had available to be told sorry this person will be first I still had you down for the later time.
