Colleen, PMHNP-BC, is truly exceptional. I highly recommend her. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to understand their concerns and provide thoughtful, individualized care. I deeply appreciate her compassion, intelligence, and professionalism. She is one of the most dedicated and knowledgeable professionals I have encountered in this field.

I waited nearly three months for an appointment for my son, who urgently needs mental health support. When I called to confirm after I called back about 30 min, the front desk staff told me the appointment had been given to another patient—without any notification to me. To make matters worse, the woman I spoke with was rude and dismissive, telling me to come down to the office and call back when I arrived. Zero empathy, zero professionalism. Tried multiple providers from their system. Didn't have a great experience with any of them. Dr Cameron Matthews was quick to make false assumptions without asking questions of understanding. Tried to force diagnoses by asking the same questions and having to repeatedly say no. Belittled me for expressing concerns. Talked down at me and overall felt very judged.
