Nadia and her space are both warm and welcoming—I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and blends different modalities, like cupping and red light therapy, to create a session that feels truly personalized. The experience was deeply relaxing and restorative. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t recommend Dr. Nadia more! On top of helping me ease and heal my lower back pain the whole experience of being in her beautiful space and presence healed my mind, as well. I’ve also used a number of Solare tinctures which give me immediate relief from headaches to sore throats. 10/10!
Dr. Nadia is wise, deeply caring and highly skilled in her craft. Her presence alone is healing and I absolutely loved the combination of acupuncture and red light therapy. She is truly a gem, and puts her heart and soul into her work.
