Still waiting for repairs on my Solar Panels. It’s been almost a year now. Every time I check on the status, the parts are not available.
Good place for delivery. They are FCFS.
Solar City makes big promises of rebates , credits so their solar panels don't seem like a the extremely high cost that they really are. Run check other companies, we have been fighting with them for three years to get the paper work for these so called energy credits to no avail. Very disappointed.
Great sales experience, less than ideal installation experience.... We decided to go with Solar City because they have the "no money down" solar program. Our sales guy was awesome- he checked in regularly and kept us informed throughout the process. They handled all the permits with the city, the power company applications, the state rebate application, and the 3rd party financing application. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I have to call every month to pay my bill because there isn't a way to pay otherwise. Every time I call it takes forever for somebody to answer. If I leave a message for them to call back so I can pay my bill I am already back to work so I can never answer. In the past they could never get my balance correct and it took them forever to figure out how much I owed. That part has been better the last few times I've paid.
