Do NOT use this company. We did a quick check on reviews and one reviewer had them listed as number one for Knoxville. We should have dug deeper. The salesman was wonderful. The installation was a little slow getting. It was installed incorrectly and has not worked right since.(4 1/2 months so far) Left message after message with no replies. Finally called and set appointment to fix it. Came and worked on it but still not working. Then got ahold of Jill who promised it would be taken care of and we had hope. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I don't know how they have any positive reviews. I hear they are out of business now- shut down by the state attorney general. Go to their website if you want to file a claim for incomplete work (good luck with that...I've been waiting awhile.) They never completed the final work on my system which means it is not up to code. I have never had to make so many phone calls and send so many emails to any company in my life. Sales Dept is fantastic. The guys explained, in clear detail, what to expect and how the whole system works. The finance / Install scheduling was very pro-active keeping us informed of each step and process and did not hesitate to reach out with any questions. The installers were great; professional and efficient. That's where their "greatness" stops. I cannot get a hold of anyone to schedule hook up. I am now 4 months in to having the panels on my roof. They still don't work. Instead of being honest when I have called multiple times for updates that their electrical inspector quit, they just kept saying everyone is in meetings and will get back to you....and no one ever called back. I purchased my solar system in Aug 2022 and here we are Jan 2023 and still my system is not up and running. They agreed to pay the payment for a year. We received one payment and that’s it. They failed both rough inspection and also the commission inspection. The commission inspection was Nov 21, 2022 and still have not been out to fix the 4 different fails to get my system up and running.Also, there customer service is absolutely horrible will not answer calls or call back.
