Isn't working supposed to pay for itself just found out that it hasn't worked since August of last year It is may now. Hasn't worked in 10 months. Got 20 panels installed in 2022. This sucks
Cant get hold of anybody
They did what they said they would do on the installation. Does not do what you agree to in the contract. Having to take a lot of time to call and get answers. Starting to feel like they don't want to honor their part of the deal. Another issue is with techs coming to do repairs. I'm still waiting on a new battery to get the system back up and running. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I don't know how they have any positive reviews. I hear they are out of business now- shut down by the state attorney general. Go to their website if you want to file a claim for incomplete work (good luck with that...I've been waiting awhile.) They never completed the final work on my system which means it is not up to code. I have never had to make so many phone calls and send so many emails to any company in my life.
