After experiencing a solar contractor to fix our solar system that turned out was only trying to steal money we called solar states to save us. 1st (bad) contractor was Sky Solar. NEVER call them! They took all our panels off roof, tried to steal framework that panels attached to, plus ripped out copper wire, tried to sell us a new system & charged us $7000! He said panels were fried! Solar States is top notch. Every team member I worked with (ranging from sales to installation and setup) was terrific. Their rates were very competitive too; the savings from going solar are realized almost immediately and they are significant given the constantly rising electricity prices. Highly recommend!
Great, local company who make the process easy. Lina was very communicative the whole time and nice to work with. The installation team was respectful, only took a day, and left no mess behind. They even came back when I noted that part of our wall was not patched after they did some work near the panel. Solar States doesn't try to oversell you and is willing to work with you and your needs. Highly recommend!
Dave was our initial contact and helped to get things rolling, very punctual and responsive to questions and excellent follow up to ensure things were going smoothly. Tigra then picked up to be sure inspections and install date were timely. There were some unforeseen delays but no fault of the company. Then Katrell and the crew did the install.
