They installed my first array of 18 panels in 2017. Installation process went very well. I twice have had Enphase microverter failure but both time they were quickly replaced at no cost. This year I added 7 more panels with battery. The installation process was not as smooth this time due to loss of office manager. The panels have held up well to being covered with 5 feet of snow despite not much pitch to my roof.
THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE DO NOT HAVE THEM DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. I AM ONLY GIVING THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU CAN'T GIVE ZERO. THEY TOLD US OUR JOB WOULD TAKE ONE DAY IT TOOK 2 WEEKS. THEY DON'T FINISH ONE JOB BEFORE GOING TO THE NEXT. THEY GAVE US THE RUNAROUND WITH THE ELECTRIC COMPANY I HAD TO CONSTANTLY CALL ABOUT GETTING THE SYSTEM TURNED ON. THEY NEVER TOLD US ABOUT NEEDING WIFI FOR THE MONITOR SYSTEM AND BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE WIFI THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO COME OUT AND DO IT WITH THEIR WIFI THEY NEVER CAME OUT. NOW WE ARE BEING... read more
The owner, John, personally visited our property and assessed our needs and property set up. The company took care of all the permits, paperwork with our city, and the communication with our utilities to coordinate. They literally did it all! I was super pleased with the sign-and-done process! I recommend this company to anyone who asks me about our Solar. And it was a really good investment. I'm glad I went with Solar Revolution.
Called and spoke to Brett a little over two weeks ago. I was on the phone for well over a half an hour answering all of his question ie. Electric bills over the last year, placement of panels, tax incentives etc. He was going to get a quote together and email it to me. I never received anything from his so I called him today and he didn’t have any of the information that I had given him. He completely wasted my time. Not the way one should do business.
