Your lines of communication are terrible. My name is James Czarnik, I signed a contract with your company some months ago. As of this writing, my system is still not operating. I refuse to pay for something that isn't working and have not had any contact from you as to what is going on. I would never recommend your company to anyone. Can you please advise what the hold-up is?
Chase came by today to give us a consult for a whole house fan! Not many people know about them out here. He was very knowledgeable of the space and air flow requirements and made recommendations based on those requirements. He was conscious of the pieces of insulation that dropped on the floor and cleaned them up for me. Overall it was a great interaction. Thank you!
