Been trying for months to get company to get panels fully functional Poor service, will update review when repaired. Still waiting on a resolution for my issue Bologna on your response, you definitely have me in your database, ask Darius, Amanda, Kaley, Cassie. Been waiting for months! My experience has been frustrating. I signed a contract in November 2022 and was told everything was delayed until February. I never heard anything else until January when the lender is sending letters to collect payments. Over the New Year holidays I message and call the sales rep that came to my home to no answer. A few weeks later he tells me he will find out only to text me later that he is no longer with the company. I was very disappointed with the work from this solar power one. They failed to complete the job they said they would do, and made a mess of our roof. They left dirt and debris all over and didn't care to clean it up. Also when we asked them to come back and finish the job they said it would be two weeks before they could even schedule us. This was back in July 2022. We are still waiting for the work to be completed. I really do not know where should I start, I’m very disappointed with Solar Power One, they go to your house using recommendation for others customer that we trust and at the end they make all look really bad… at the beginning everything is wonderful they promise everything BUT a soon as you sign the contract everything change… The installation of the solar panels was in April and by this time I still do not have the app that verifies they work perfect.
