Patrick came by to fix my furnace today, they were professional and punctual HVAC technicians. They got my heat working the same day.
Wonderful HVAC company! Finally, a company that will answer the phone and show up on time! Great customer service from Kayla and the Hvac tech Adam went above and beyond!
We contacted them and asked if they could help us to repair our furnace and air conditioning. They are prompt and professional, and they did a good job! They did not leave a mess, they were thorough, on time, and did not take too long to complete the job.
Previously we were working with another HVAC company for our annual maintenance and had a part on our furnace that needed replacement. This other company took 30 days to provide a quotation, and we were still waiting for them to schedule the service call. That is until I contacted Golden Comfort. Jess was very quick to schedule the appointment and we had Matt come out today to complete the HVAC repair and provided some great customer service.
The service that was provided by this company was unbelievable. My furnace quite working and they repaired it within a few hours of my call. I will reiterate all of the wonderful compliments everyone has said in these reviews because they all apply. Let's end with "you can't get any better than golden comfort".
