The service that was provided by this company was unbelievable. My furnace quite working and they repaired it within a few hours of my call. I will reiterate all of the wonderful compliments everyone has said in these reviews because they all apply. Let's end with "you can't get any better than golden comfort".
On January 27th, Jeremy W came over to our house to look at our furnace. It was running on at a very low temperature. He had gotten it so that way we could have heat until they could fix it on the 28th. On the 28th my dad ended up going back into the hospital and Jeremy W had stopped over in the morning to get a humidifier added on to the order while Adam and Jeremy J had started getting the furnace installed. On January 31 Adam came back to install the humidifier. Everyone that we had dealt with has been super awesome.
Even after hours, they were quick to respond. Gabriel arrived and was very knowledgeable about the heating issue that we are facing and possible future issues. We were given 2 options for the part that needed to be replaced, so definitely went with the better one with a longer warranty.
I called the owner mox and his crew came out in the evening when our furnace was broken. The HVAC technician showed up at our home professional in appearance. He put on boot covers and got to work right away. He walked me through each step he took and explained to me what was going on. He tried a couple of ways to get our heating system going but in the end, it was an older system and would only keep patching it up so I opted to replace the whole home system. My air-condition suddenly stop and it was very hard for me working without an aircon. I ask my friend to help me and she recommended Golden Comfort and I was surprised because they responded immediately to my call. I was very satisfied they even installed a high efficiency HVAC system. They are all professional and knowledgeable in their job. and I will also recommend them to my friends.
