Customer service is very poor. I made the appointment at 3:30 for both manicure and pedicure. The technician was on her phone. She told me to sit in the chair without adjusting it, and started the pedicure (not realizing I had also booked a manicure which I also verbally told her). Her lack of attention caused me to try and adjust my chair myself, putting my armrests out etc. During this, my phone fell into the water and was totally fried.
