Literally the worst customer service I have ever seen in ANY kind of business. I sat there for over an hour before I walked out & no one had said hello, good afternoon, how can I help you or anything!! Not only was I not acknowledged but people that hadn't been there as long as me went before me. And the little boy that always works the counter is never polite... Won't be giving them any of my money ever again.
They did an excellent job, very clean and the attention to detail was superb! I work hard for my money, and I want what I pay for, the $ were very fair and the quality is excellent! 110% satisfied

Horrible customer service. I had a complaint about one of the services and instead if listening the owner Lily argued with me then brought over dead skin and laid it on the counter. My daughter manicure was literally 5 minutes because Lily was rushing to get to the next customer. I'm disputing with my bank as well as the health board about the dead skin. DO NOT USE HER
