Everyone is so friendly. The second time I walked into the shop, Hannah greeted me by name. Customer service is A-1.

My nails smudged while I was getting under the dryer, and when I went to find my tech, he was nowhere to be found. He never told me how long to sit there, either. He just sat me down and left without a word. He also got polish all over my fingers and all over my nail beds. He also didnt clean up behind my nail tips so there's nail powder dried and caked behind them. I am definitely not satisfied for the 40 dollars that I spent. I'm not sure I will be back. Love Solar Nails! Every employee is excellent and professional! Had a wedding party yesterday and everyone was able to get in promptly and very happy with the end results!! Always a wonderful experience!
I go here every 3-4 weeks and Kevin always does my nails exactly how I want them done and they always look great!!! Everywhere else I went in the past can't compare to Solar! Everyone is so caring and makes you feel like family! Highly recommend coming here!
EVERYTIME I walk in there they always tell me it's gonna be a long wait and I probably shouldn't wait lmao! They just opened 43 minutes ago and they told me their not taking anyone until noon?! And the lady behind me wanted the same thing I did and they signed her in and she sat down. Fuck off!
