i'm very satisfied with my nails they did an amazing job!
The most awful pedicure experience. The guy didn’t get my cuticles despite me asking him several times, one of my toenails has 3 corners for some reason, and all most of my toenails are uneven. I told the guy several times, but he did not fix it. The pedicure does not look professional at all, and the tips of my nails are bare. I made it clear that I was unhappy and they just don’t care. I’m extremely angry, and will never be going back.
Just got the worst pedicure ever. If you don’t have appointment scheduled with the specific person, you might end up with a back up person, who doesn’t know what they’re doing.
Gel manicures are good. Ali in particular does a great job. Regular manis are a mess. This is my right hand 24 hours after paying $70+ for a mani-pedi. Not going back.
Michelle is absolutely amazing!! I am always indecisive when getting my nails done, and at the beginning of my appointment she was incredibly helpful sharing her knowledge of different colors, styles, brands, etc. She took her time on my nails and made sure they were absolutely perfect and I loved them before wrapping up. She is so talented and kind-I would recommend anyone who wants beautiful nails and a great experience goes to her!!
