My 84 year old mom (I am her caregiver and have power of attorney), was reading about the prixe of solar panels and unkowingly made an appointment off a Facebook or IG post. Salesman shows up at 1:30 pm Saturday with no notice. When i told him we were not interested he was angry and complained that he just drove 90 minutes to get here. I told him maybe next time he should confirm his appointment, to which he shot back that he didnt have a phone number to call.
