If you value your time and money DO NOT have this company if you could even call it that come to your home to “fix” your hvac. I have paid them up to 600 dollars of my hard earn money for them to not fix the problem. Not only that they would never show up to their specified time, that would leave and say they would come back and then never you know… come back! He likes to scam people out of money for non covered charges from home warrenty company don't cover when he didn't even do them.
Bruce and another gentlemen came to our house sent out by our home warranty company. He submitted his recommendations and what he wanted done to the warranty company to complete the job. We agreed to pay $196 small space fee, $98 disposal of part fee, $ 98 to move the washer/dryer, $300 to remove/reinstall water heater and $98 for 4 hours of labor (even though my home warranty company was liable for labor) totaling $790. I'm in a good mood so I'll be brief!! Absolutely a waste of time experience with this company missing pertinent details, misinforming, and devoid of problem solving/assessment skill set!! Actually had to have another company come out and remedy the problem! I think I'd be better off Googling the job and take my chances from there should I be put in the unique position of having to retain their services!! Nuff said!!
They replaced my system and they did not replace the copper or properly clean the system. It makes a lot of noise and doesn't have the capacity to cool the house. I was told by the owner, that "there must be something in there" and it would be really expensive to fix and never heard from them again. Do yourself a favor and find someone who does the job right and stands behind it. When you do, let me know their name.
