This review has been a long time coming. First and foremost, kudos to Scot and his team for all the solar and related work over the years. We love our system and the benefits it provides. Our initial installation in July 2016 included 40 panels on our roof plus all the related components necessary for system to operate. We purchased our system in 2016 and wanted to go with the local company to support the community. The owner was great in helping guide us through the process. We are now starting to have issues with some of the panels and we are trying to get these corrected but it has been difficult getting responses. Based on the weather we had this year, I know they have been extremely busy but I don't want to have this affect our ability to get this warranty work done and in the end, it cost us out of pocket because of delays. Super thankful for this company. We were previous Wells Solar customers and with no notice of them closing down & some extremely high electric bills, my wife and I did not know where to turn. My wife sent a FB message and almost immediately got a reply. Chris helped us, same day, gain access to our monitoring system and offered us a solution. I had been without the benefit of my solar panels for over a month (since the hail storm). I called several companies to assist me with assessing the issue. One company wanted to charge me an enormous amount of money to fix the issue. After calling Solar Centex, they explained what the issue was and it was not what the overcharging company told me!
