We purchased our system in 2016 and wanted to go with the local company to support the community. The owner was great in helping guide us through the process. We are now starting to have issues with some of the panels and we are trying to get these corrected but it has been difficult getting responses. Super thankful for this company. We were previous Wells Solar customers and with no notice of them closing down & some extremely high electric bills, my wife and I did not know where to turn. My wife sent a FB message and almost immediately got a reply. Chris helped us, same day, gain access to our monitoring system and offered us a solution. I had been without the benefit of my solar panels for over a month (since the hail storm). I called several companies to assist me with assessing the issue. One company wanted to charge me an enormous amount of money to fix the issue. After calling Solar Centex, they explained what the issue was and it was not what the overcharging company told me! If you are looking into solar these are the people to go through! From the customer service to the technician and problem shooting 5 stars!!! They did not install my system they adopted my system and everything has been efficient and honest. Their prices are so affordable as well!
