they manage my rental - friendly Solano Property Management manages my rental in Vacaville - each time the property is rented quickly - of course me agreeing to price it right helps. They are always fast to respond to me allowing me to take care of maintenance as I have requested. I have found all the staff to be friendly and helpful and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Owner I did business for over 15 years with Solano Property Management, but had to fire them in 2012 after they cost me over $600 and would not make it right. But this was just the final straw after a number of failures to notify me, update me, follow up on promises, unprofessional conduct, lies, and not following up with maintenance issues etc. The manager and owner were not interested in correcting these problems. a happy tenant I am a current tenant of Solano Property Management. The rep is great been a tenant for 11 years and everyone there are very nice and I have maintenance done very fast, never any problems....
Stay Away Poor customer service for both tenants and landlords. Unprofessional staff and will look for ways to cut corners. Stay away from this company because there are better ones out there...
Reliable and understanding My parents rented from Solano Property about 15 yrs ago and they told me to go to them first. I rented from them for 2 1/2 yrs and they always took care of any issues that came up. I did have a plumbing problem in the house on a Saturday night and they sent someone out right away, thank god for their on call service. The owner was also kind enough to reduce our rent when we were having money problems. They are a good company and still in business after 20 yrs, that says a lot.
Landlord SPM has quickly rented both of my properties to quality tenants. They send out accurate accounting information monthly to keep me up to date. What more could I ask for?
Terrible service with Solano Property Management I am feeling very sorry that I rented a property through Solano Property Management. Our washer has been out of service for over a month now and they have been very sluggish about fixing it. They are impossible to get a hold of and will not call you back for days. They have no sense of urgency even though we signed a lease that included a washer and dryer. SOLANO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!! STAY AWAY!!!! TERRIBLE! DO NOT RENT OR LIST YOUR PROPERTY FROM SOLANO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!! Rude, unprofessional staff, totally unorganized, cheap. The best word would be LIARS! They dont care about their tenants at all, left an air conditioner unit down for over a year, and when we called to have them fix it, they were unresponsive, regretful, and rude about fixing it. I would never rent a house or list my house with them! STAY AWAY!!
