We've been coming to SCSC for almost 4 years now and enjoy the convenience of having the gym so close to our house. A relaxed & positive atmosphere where everyone is so supportive & encouraging! It doesn't matter what level you are, whether you're just starting to work out or a seasoned athlete. Coach Katie will work with you! She is so easy to work with & has an incredible passion to help her clients meet their nutritional & health goals. Definitely check her out if you're in the area or looking for something different!

I'm a runner who needed to work on my overall strength. Coach Katie was awesome teaching me the basics of lifting, helped me set my goals and motivated me to show up. 6 months in and I'm seeing significant improvement in my flexibility and top end strength. As a bonus, now my knees don't hurt as much when I run!
Katie is a wonderful coach. Excellent balance between being supportive and pushing you to do your best. Highly recommend SCSC!!!
