I’ve lived in Solana Ridge for almost a year now, maintenance team has been wonderful. They maintain and upkeep the property with cleanliness and quality. Exterior of the property is always up to par and any interior needs of my unit has always been taken care of immediately. Oscar, Sergio and the maintenance supervisor Rohany Aguiar are a wonderful team! They are proficient , skilled and qualified for all tasks. I’d like to give a good review for Oscar Ramirez, maintenance. He repaired my front door. He did a great job. He’s nice and friendly to me. Another maintenance is Sergio, he repaired my stove. He did a great job also being professional and friendly. I have been living in Solana Ridge for 13 years. I love here and bond here as my second home. But one thing i don’t like is the dumpster the one is close to my building where is close to second gate. It’s always overflow and dirty on the floor area. I saw rodent and bugs running ... read more

I used to live here temporarily and I enjoyed the cleanliness and hospitality. Rohany Aguiar was super kind and helped me fix my utilities
I use to live in this apartment and I would highly recommend to anyone checking rohnay Aguilar this out it will be worth it to take a tour of the place
