Jason came to fix my faucet. He was very respectful, easy to work with & quick with it . No complaints
We pay 3k a month and we have had several services disturbed. When asked to have to have our rent deducted for these reasons I get a “we will get back to you on that” and never get a response back. I have lived in apartments before and always got are rent reduced without having to ask. Since living there for only 7 months. We have had no hot water for a few days, no heater for a few days in cold days, the fence not working so it keep slamming resulting in keeping me awake for an entire night and having to go to work the next... read more
