What could have been an ugly experience was nothing but wonderful. Extremely clean and well layed out apartments and amenities. Jackie helped us all the way through the process without "shoving the product" down our throats. She was extremely professional and friendly. She is a definite asset.
Just to be clear, time spent at even the greatest places can be overshadowed by one event, and that event was the move out experience. Living there was a great experience and I had nothing but great things to say, but the moment I moved that experience turned south real fast. Short, unclear, and of no help responses while making wild charges that make little sense. I’ve often said good luck getting your deposit back at apartments, but with this place it’s good luck not owing thousands back to them after the deposit.
Cheryl was absolutely amazing in providing my boyfriend and I’s first home together, that had everything we could ever want, and more! She was very organized, as well as always being available for any needs or questions we had. She continues to make herself available for us if needed! We have lived here for about a month, and have loved every minute, thanks to her! I recommend if you’re looking for a home, to reach out to Cheryl.
They do not care about your safety here, all they care about is covering themselves legally, and taking as much money from you as they can before your lease is up, and keeping you on the lease as long as they can. Unless you bring some type of court document that will give you legal right to sue them over not releasing you from your lease, regardless if you move out when the lease is up but your room mate doesnt move out and is unwilling to sign the release forms
