😎 They are screwing us over on rent costs after transferring to our new apartment from another, it's been 7 months and their so-called Rebill for utility costs has made our rent bill go thru the roof and has not been addressed. We showed proof of utilities changes and they won't fix it. They blame it on the third-party biller, even when balances are $0. They owe us refunds. People, don't transfer or go with being told, it's ok we'll take care of it. Those don't work.
