4/17 update: Still a huge parking problem. When I brought this up to management, I was shocked to be asked how I could tell whether the cars without permits were guest parking. That should not be my job—it’s theirs. Even more frustrating, I requested they send out a reminder to all residents about the towing policy (just like they did last year), and they refused. Why? Update: We had a clogged garbage disposal and Dorian showed up today and fixed it in under 15 minutes, the whole time explaining to us what was going on. We really appreciated his excellent service and manner! The community is great, with wonderful amenities and maintenance. Shoutout to Jake for getting our apartment back in shape and replacing the flooring and carpets so quickly! It was a hassle but he made the whole thing as smooth as possible and we really appreciate how speedily the project was done.
